Where do you deliver?
We are located in Lake Geneva and deliver to the entire Lake Geneva area, SE Wisconsin, northern Illinois, Madison, and Milwaukee. We also deliver to Chicago but cannot guarantee last minute or same day deliveries downtown. Unsure if we delivery to you, call or text us!
How far in advance should i book?
The earlier you can book, the better. We do offer same day deliveries (same day fee may be applied) but we cannot guarantee any item less than 7 days in advance. We do “sell” out of most items in the summer months and during the holidays. We recommend booking a few months in advance during these high volume times. Items are not reserved until reservation is paid in full.
Do you have a rental order minimum?
We do not have a rental $ order minimum, but on most items we do require a 3 day minimum. This does not mean you have to rent for 3 days. Payment total will be for 3 days but you can rent for a shorter period of time.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel without penalty (minus credit card/processing fees, if applicable), 7 days before your rental start date. You will receive 50% back 2-6 days before the start of the reservation. No refunds the day before, day of, or after the reservation starts, except for the delivery fee will be refunded if delivery has not been made. Once you reserve and pay, these items are held specifically for you, and it is unlikely that we will rent out these items on short notice.
How is the equipment cleaned?
We clean all gear according to manufacturer requirements. We use free and clear laundry detergent and non-toxic cleaners/sanitizers. All items are cleaned and sanitized between each rental.
How MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery fee will depend on location, time of day for delivery (i.e. rush hour), and time of the year (traffic increase in summer). Delivery fees start at $20 and go up to $75 for downtown Chicago and some airports. FREE self pick up is offered at our Lake Geneva and downtown Milwaukee locations.
What are payment options?
Currently we accept Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle for payments. New website and credit card option coming soon!
DO YOU SET UP OR JUST DELIVER?
BOTH! Your rental fee includes set up and take down but we can also offer contactless delivery and pick up if preferred. For hotels, we can leave the items with the front desk, so they are there whenever you arrive and you don’t have to schedule an exact time for delivery. For vacation rentals, we work with several amazing property management companies (Grand Welcome, VRP Partners, Elite Lake Rentals, Lake Geneva Rentals) and we can work with them on delivering before you arrive most times.
